PRIVACY POLICY

Starfall Arcade is a space shooter game operated by Ali Bouyakhf, contactable at bouyakhfali@gmail.com. This policy explains the personal data the game processes.

Only what the game needs to work:

• Account information (optional): email address and password, or a Google sign-in identifier, if you create an account. Guests play without giving any personal details.
• Game progress: your level, high score, total score, selected ship, unlocked ships and purchases. This is required to save and restore your progress.
• Country (optional): only if you choose to pick one.
• Payment records: if you buy a ship, the payment processor records the transaction. Card numbers are never seen or stored by the game.

• No precise location, GPS or IP-based tracking.
• No advertising identifiers, no ad networks, no profiling.
• No contacts, photos, microphone or camera access.

• Contract: saving progress and purchases so the game works and your unlocks follow your account.
• Legitimate interests / legal obligation: keeping payment receipts for accounting and dispute handling.
• Consent: optional data such as your chosen country.

We share only what is necessary: account sign-in with the authentication provider, payments with the payment processor, and email delivery (sign-in codes, password resets) with the email service. We do not sell personal data.

You can delete your account in Settings → Delete Account. This removes your account, sign-in credentials, progress, unlocks and personal details. Payment receipts are kept in anonymised form where legally required. Inactive guest sessions may be cleaned up periodically.

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your data, and object to or restrict processing, by contacting bouyakhfali@gmail.com. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

The game is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child created an account, contact us and it will be removed.
