Starfall Arcade is a browser space shooter operated by Ali Bouyakhf. By creating an account or playing as a guest you agree to these terms.

• You may play as a guest without an account, but guest progress is stored per device and can be lost.
• Give accurate information when creating an account and keep your password safe.
• You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately about unauthorised use.

• Do not cheat, exploit bugs, use automation, or interfere with the service or other players.
• Do not attempt to access other users' data or the game's administrative systems.
• We may suspend or delete accounts that break these rules.

Premium ships are one-time purchases that unlock permanently on your account. Prices are shown before you confirm a payment. Purchases are handled by our payment processor; see Purchases & Refunds. On native mobile builds, purchases will go through the App Store or Google Play and their terms apply.

The game, its art, code and content belong to Ali Bouyakhf or its licensors. You may not copy or distribute them except as the game allows.

We aim to keep the game available but can change, pause or discontinue parts of it. We may update these terms; significant changes will be announced in the game.

The game is provided "as is" without warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from the game is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death, personal injury or fraud.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
